The Safari browser on your phone must accept cookies in order to use the ConstructConnect Mobile App.
- 1. On your iPhone, select Settings and then select Safari.
- 2. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.
- 3. Tap to turn off Block All Cookies.
- 4. Exit the Settings menu.
- 5. On your iPhone, start Safari and go to insight.cmdgroup.com.
- 6. Log in with your user name and password.
- 7. Close Safari.
- 8. Force close the Insight Mobile app, restart the app and log in.
